MPDX- 9971: Update the ASR completed status screen

Changed the timeline to correctly reflect payroll processing. Changed some of the timeline text to match salary calculator.

Testing

• Impersonate someone with an ASR that is approved not paid (ask Tam for the test email)
• Check that "Request processing" displays as well as a TimelineDot with warning.main for the final timeline item.
• Check that all other behavior seems fine, and that the changes to the text aligns with expectations.
