Summary

  • regenerate the account-unification uv lockfile from the protected main pyproject pins
  • align coverage 7.15.4 and setuptools 84.0.0 without changing runtime or source behavior

Verification

  • uv lock
  • uv run --locked --extra dev pytest -q (all tests passed locally)

This is intentionally separate from documentation PR #104 and feature PR #103 so the base dependency gate is repaired without restacking unrelated changes.
