Superseded by earlier active single-writer lane #292 for #291. Closed to restore the repository's single-writer invariant after fresh inventory showed #292 was created first and had advanced on fix/packed-root-consumer-isolation-291 while this lane was being established.

No code from this closed branch is represented as integrated or shipped. Its immutable test-first evidence remains available for forensic comparison only:

• qualifying verifier RED: bf8d31de8bf5e04b41a6f180a2417700712b6752, CI 31653221770, job 94301852415, failing exactly because the root package did not resolve from isolated consumer node_modules after setup/typecheck/827 tests/100% owned-production coverage/build passed;
• implementation experiment: 70fe51d9cf544a30830943b88ad2d4fa0996c3b0, which switched the verifier to one real packed tarball and an isolated consumer tree.

#292 remains the authoritative writable lane. Do not transfer predecessor checks or this branch's implementation automatically; the surviving writer must establish its own exact-head RED/GREEN evidence against the live base. Protected main@e8109ec2a17de8bd6594487aa12c8c8a93cb2c03 is unchanged, and #118 still owns the exact v0.6.0 publication boundary.
