The three Workspace export labels changed here are an exact subset of #744’s broader English/Korean Workspace localization, while this branch also carries unrelated security-workflow, Trivy-ignore, package, and lockfile drift. Retiring this duplicate preserves one canonical i18n owner and avoids unrelated supply-chain churn. |

작업 공간에서 사용되는 내보내기 버튼(CSV, JSON, Handoff 등)의 하드코딩된 영어 텍스트를 공통 i18n JSON(영어/한국어) 파일로 분리하고, 번역 키(exportCueSheetCsv, exportChartJson, exportHandoffJson)를 활용하도록 개선하였습니다. 테스트 커버리지를 100%로 유지하고 CHANGELOG.md를 업데이트하였습니다.
