Summary

replace the static legacy logo file with a dynamic SVG response
keep the legacy /AgentGuard/cairo-logo.svg contract for stale proxy clients
return an explicit SVG content type and a non-empty response body
add regression coverage for the proxy-safe endpoint

Validation

local endpoint returns 200, image/svg+xml, and a non-empty SVG body
website lint and production build pass
all website and repository tests pass
