### 2026-09-23 — skill-discovery indexed in skills.sh

Verified live on 2026-09-23 that this repository is already discoverable on
skills.sh: the detail page (`https://www.skills.sh/codesigils/skill-discovery`)
returns 200 with the install command `npx skills add codesigils/skill-discovery`
and lists the `skill-discovery` skill entry. skills.sh (vercel-labs/skills)
indexes repositories that follow the standard `skills/` layout automatically;
there is no manual submission flow. The README badge and the "Catalog status"
section already reflect this accurately, so no README change was needed. The
Hermes hub (ZeroPointRepo/awesome-hermes-skills) is a Hermes-agent-specific
curated list and was not pursued: an agent-agnostic methodology skill is a poor
fit and inclusion would require its own contribution PR.
