[FEAT] 게임 진행자 수정, 게임 완료 탭
클라이언트에서 급수/중복이력 계산해 추천하던 로직을 서버의 POST /games/random-match 호출로 대체
게임 완료 탭 충돌 해결: 게임판 탭은 feat/#477의 GameBoardTab, 게임 완료 탭은 develop의 GameFinishedTab + /EndGame URL 라우팅을 함께 사용. 사용하지 않는 GameCompleteTab 스텁 제거. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <[email protected]>
