Record the native missing-output recovery patch and qualified private package, plus the installed closeout of handoff repair#365. Debug normalization now recovers aborted custom outputs instead of panicking; ordinary/inherited tests,95context-manager tests, persisted-history turn completion and actual packaged-binary minimal/original-history replays pass.
Native source b706004728 (baselinefbfe287f4d), candidate CLI SHA2560696309a7cf4f140287901079a15117553701b5813a2f820282e21fde509776c. The patch is included as a reproducible source artifact; private transcripts and fixture request bodies stay outside Git. Temporary8.18GiB build cache removed; candidate hashes reverified and no owned replay processes remain. Whitespace check and reverse-apply verification pass. Full upstream workspace suite was not run; focused runtime qualifications are stated precisely.
Handoff PR366/main7c94481 is installed as0.22.0.dev2 with166Python files and both ten-file skill trees matching source. Both prior CI matrices passed1739tests/1skip plus9wheel-smoke cases, and three installed public-boundary regressions passed. Plan0178/issue365 are complete for that bounded outcome.
Plans0177/0178 and lane projections are reconciled. No runtime effects from this documentation/evidence merge. Native issue364 remains OPEN: applying the candidate to the shared daemon requires the separate operator cutover decision; no native restart, live-history repair, goal/resource renewal, governor activation or business/provider experiment was performed. Current resident Wake MCP remains0.22.0.dev1, separate from installed commands/skills0.22.0.dev2.
