What to build
A reproducible installed bundle demonstrates the complete selected-account stock/modded workflow and can be staged for production rollout.
Acceptance criteria
- Install the exact candidate profile/Wake/native combination into the dedicated lab without overwriting existing fixtures.
- Exercise two tenants × two channels, A → B → A, concurrent conversations, owner resume, duplicate rejection and explicit linked successor.
- Exercise shared configuration/MCP scope, backend identity on reconnect, upgrade staging failure, explicit activation and compatible rollback.
- Retain actual installed-package and runtime hashes, red/green receipts, schema/accounting invariants, ownership cleanup and explicit live-auth gaps.
- Retain a reproducible lab recipe and portable staged packages/evidence; verify archived payload restoration without deleting active loads.
- Prepare one concrete production rollout/rollback packet; no automatic shared native restart, credential operation, governor activation or global WSL shutdown.

Source and isolated installed-fixture delivery accepted on codex-profiles integration branch feat/account-build-workflow, current commit6fec3d7. Reproducible installed-wheel WSL qualification and rollout packet; new wheel passed six supported workflows, prior wheel failed all six, final docs-only wheel runtime/entrypoint parity verified and freshly installed.
Full implementation integration suite102 tests passed. Qualification uses synthetic credentials and loopback-only fixtures; it is not live real-account refresh/OAuth acceptance. No production launcher, shared daemon, governor or resource allocation changed. Source and installed-fixture acceptance are distinct from main merge/release/deployment. Parent #369 and specification #371 remain open. Original real-account regression #372 and unsupported/qualified cross-account continuity boundaries #376 remain open. One combined Standards/Spec review and one bounded TDD findings pass follow these scoped closures, as requested.
