P223 revision 6 has bounded acceptance evidence for native human handoff, continued automation, supported recovery and isolated update, with consumer implementation merged through #212 and provider dependency through CochranResearchGroup/remote-view#310. Reconcile the plan, runbook, roadmap and lane catalog as completed while retaining the failed original expired-link restoration packet, first safe guard refusal and unverified current application authentication.
References #202. The archive validator accepts completed execution and still verifies all preserved historical files. Installed-engine archive/policy checks and handoff guidance checks pass. This is execution closeout only; production promotion, broader qualification and retained dirty checkout cleanup remain outside its authority.
