What changed

• publishes the 13-lesson interactive Hermes curriculum with updated practical material and resource indexes
• adds the localhost companion service with pairing, per-check terminal confirmation, redacted status responses, and manual revocation
• adds auditable macOS and Windows launch scripts plus Pages-safe fallback guidance
• adds CI, Playwright coverage, companion tests, contribution templates, licensing, architecture decisions, and deployment documentation
• updates the canonical repository and Pages URLs to ChrysFu/hermes-learning-lab and chrysfu.github.io

Why

GitHub Pages cannot execute local commands, so the previous Vite-only local verification endpoint was unavailable to hosted learners. The companion service provides an explicit loopback-only bridge while keeping the static course usable when the service is absent.

Impact

Learners can use the public course directly, optionally pair their browser with a locally started companion, and verify Hermes CLI, Desktop, Gateway, version, and Doctor state without exposing configuration, secrets, logs, sessions, or messages.
