Adds spatial autocorrelograms beside the rate map, with SC off by default, MATLAB jet(64) colours and a configurable minimum overlap. A shows SC alone; Shift+A adds or removes it alongside other plots. Masked Pearson correlations use RustFFT with WebAssembly SIMD through a reusable 2D DSP adapter; direct-correlation reference tests cover all lags, invalid overlaps and constant maps.

Simulated T5–8 now contain 2–5 grid cells per tetrode. Each trial shares an orientation and a base spacing of about 36 cm, with module spacing increasing by powers of 1.4. Grid membership and cell phases remain stable across trials. Other place cells on these tetrodes have broader fields and higher background activity; the existing cut-cell counts are preserved.

Holding Cmd/Ctrl-C enters copy mode after 500 ms. Hovering the position pane targets paths instead of tile plots; extended mode selects cells for spike overlays and supports additional trials/cuts without changing the displayed recording. Exports have editable trial headings, 160 px paths with speed dwell, and one shared coloured cell legend at the bottom. Selected cells stay clear while other tiles fade.

Validation:

  • 27 Rust tests and 21 Vitest tests pass; lint, TypeScript and production WebAssembly/Vite builds pass.
  • Full Playwright regression: 44 passed, 3 skipped, including the default 1M stress test. The 9M stress test remains opt-in.
  • The two position-copy/SC browser checks pass again after the final simulation and keyboard changes; clipboard HTML and screenshots were visually reviewed.
