- README: video, a short overview, a link to the live app, a warning that this October 2026 version was rebuilt with AI under human oversight (with one link to the waveform-v1 branch), and a brief developing section (Rust/Wasm, React, Vite, WebGL2; checks; CI and Pages). - Remove docs/FEATURES.md (v1 feature inventory) and docs/VALIDATION.md (manual checklist with stale counts); ARCHITECTURE.md is rewritten at about half the length, current with the code. - Drop v1/"original" wording from code comments, UI text, CSS class names and test titles; the palette test no longer compares against a v1 fixture file. Rewrites the README (video, overview, live link, AI-rebuild warning with one link to the v1 branch, brief developing section) and removes migration-era material: docs/FEATURES.md and docs/VALIDATION.md are deleted, ARCHITECTURE.md is rewritten to match the current code, and v1/"original" wording is dropped from comments, UI text, CSS class names and test titles. The palette test no longer reads a v1 fixture.
Lint, unit (14), Rust (20), build and Playwright (34) pass.
