Cut files now sit inline beside each tetrode at both collapsed and expanded sizes. Editing an imported cut creates a blue local version; each version preserves its own assignments and undo/redo history across navigation. Duplication also preserves history, and prepared cuts support native drag export. These versions are data records in the existing worker/Wasm instance.
Restore the original group/density palettes, favicon, drop-title animation, compact hover stats and uncluttered toolbar. Position summaries show recorded clock times, duration and left-aligned speed occupancy over a faint backing. Feature bins stay square, with A1–A4 corner labels retained in Space copies. Settings, dividers and tool-window geometry persist and fit the current screen. Auxiliary files appear as per-trial counts with filename tooltips instead of a toast. Remove the generated legacy bundle; the README links the preserved waveform-v1 branch.
Fix flag → density → flag rendering by explicitly binding the waveform texture unit. Prevent browser reload/close shortcuts from toggling plots before the leave warning; let the position path fill its pane while preserving physical x/y scale. Align live/copied/dragged cell badges with fixed speed-plot clearance. Paint hover and snapped-target halos above clipping/fade layers without covering the shared waveform canvas. Sampled plots prominently show WARNING: using sampled rendering on hover; full-population rendering is deferred.
Validation: production Rust/Wasm + TypeScript/Vite build; 11 Rust tests, 11 unit tests and 22 Chromium scenarios checked locally. Includes the supplied recordings, real /waveform/ asset paths, repeated density/flag pixel comparisons, cut-version/history/export integrity, layout restoration and a 9-million-spike / 100-cell fixture with every exported label verified after undo. Browser tests verify native drag File/DownloadURL payloads; Explorer/Finder acceptance has not been tested on those operating systems. Private recordings and generated fixtures are excluded. See docs/VALIDATION.md for details.
