Closing. Two reasons:

1. It moves the self-hostable image from Python 3.12 to 3.14, but ledger is only tested on 3.12. .python-version is 3.12, and the CI matrix comment says 3.12 is "the floor ... and, for now, the ceiling too". The image should change interpreter only after the matrix covers 3.14.
2. The 3.14 image fails the required container image CVE scan (Trivy) check: setuptools 70.3.0 in the image has CVE-2025-47273 (HIGH, fixed in 78.1.1). Run 35377953719.

Dependabot can raise the digest bumps within 3.12-slim as they come.
