This adds the ability to run
<name> hotfix<name> hotfix, with no description, lists unsaved edits.<name> hotfix --undoputs edited files back as committed.<name> hotfix --pushretries a push or pull request that failed.<name> update --abandonleaves an unmerged hotfix a developer rejecteddoctorwarns when a host is on a hotfix branch, has commits GitHub does not, or has edits nobody saved.We'll need to add personal access token (expires in ~1 year) and add it to
/etc/<name>/github-token
