- The v0.2.0 tag carries metadata reading 0.1.0, so pip resolves the new URL, finds 0.1.0 already installed and skips it; a host pinning the tag keeps running the old code with no error
- Moving the tag onto this commit makes the two agree, so the pin in an instrument's pyproject installs what it names
