  • New docs/install.md: clone, systemd/install.sh, secrets, doctor
  • Build notes link to it instead of the old /opt/hispec/env and /opt/hispecfei/env pip setup; hsdev is the OS-install user, hispec stays the daemon account
  • operations/systemd.md points at it
  • Delete the pip-based top-level install.sh
  • Pin instrumentctl v0.3.0
