Holding this until @testing-library/jest-dom ships vitest 5 types (testing-library/jest-dom#742, open).

CI fails for two reasons:

1. The group only bumped vitest; @vitest/coverage-v8 stayed on ^4.1.11, so the new pnpm peers check step fails. Both 5.0.1 versions were published together, so this looks like a Dependabot grouping miss.
2. With peers aligned, tsc fails with TS2428. Vitest 5's Assertion gained a second type parameter (Assertion<R extends void | Promise<void> = void, T = unknown>), and both vitest-setup.ts and jest-dom 7.0.1's types/vitest.d.ts still declare the old shape.

A working prototype (all checks pass, 21/21 tests) needs:

• @vitest/coverage-v8 → ^5.0.1
• vitest-setup.ts: interface Assertion<R extends void | Promise<void> = void, T = unknown>
• A pnpm patch of jest-dom 7.0.1 making the same change in types/vitest.d.ts, plus a patchedDependencies entry

Patching a third-party .d.ts is fragile, so I'd rather wait for the upstream release than carry the patch.
