What changed

  • add the 2026 Jilin April provincial contest PDFs under 2026/4月(吉林)
  • update README.md so the 2026 index points to the new Jilin topic set

Why

  • the upstream repository is missing the 2026 Jilin contest materials

Impact

  • repository users can browse and download the 2026 Jilin topic files from the standard yearly index

Validation

  • verified the PR branch is based on CCBP/NUEDC_Topic:main
  • verified the diff only contains the Jilin 2026 files and related README index updates
