Summary

• Fix the failed npm release: prefix the downloaded tarball with ./ so npm does not interpret it as GitHub shorthand.
• Exercise the nested artifact path with a publish dry run for both manual and release builds.
• Prepare patch version 1.0.1 without moving the existing v1.0.0 tag.
• Document automatic publication after validation; npm environment reviewers were removed with maintainer authorization. Main/v* deployment policies, OIDC, checksums and registry/version checks are retained.

Validation

• pnpm run validate: passed (52 tests, types/examples, packaging and fresh tarball installation).
• npm publish ./artifact/call-e-calle-1.0.1.tgz --dry-run: passed.
• git diff --check: passed.

The public API contract and SDK runtime behavior are unchanged.
