test(cli): preserve Unicode fixtures with ASCII source escapes

Replace four literal Han occurrences in the CLI end-to-end fixtures with equivalent JavaScript Unicode escapes. This keeps the source text ASCII while preserving the exact runtime strings, non-ASCII filesystem paths, JSON payloads, and argument/recovery test coverage.

Validation:

• All 7 affected end-to-end tests passed locally with bash.
• All 675 parsed string literal values in the file are unchanged; the four edited fixtures also retain identical JSON output and UTF-8 bytes.
• pnpm check and git diff --check passed.
• No literal Han characters remain in tracked text files at this branch's tip. Existing Git history is unchanged.

Release decision: No release needed. Only @call-e/cli tests change; published package behavior and output are unchanged. No version bump or changeset is needed.
