Integrates Jackson-chen97's feat branch into main, resolving conflicts caused by the v2.32-v2.33 toolchain migration (ESLint -> oxlint, TypeScript 7, oxfmt). PR #15 is a subset of this PR and is covered by this merge. Functional additions: - Materialized view DDL viewing, create/edit/drop/refresh designer - StarRocks adapter: listMaterializedViews + getMaterializedViewDDL - Invalid MV gray-out in tree (status based) - Database selection and object group keyword filtering - Spark SQL snippet expansion - DDL output formatting helpers Conflict resolution strategy: keep main's code style (double quotes, semicolons) and toolchain, layer PR #16 features on top. Verified: tsc 0 errors, oxlint 0 warnings, 1970 tests passing.

Bump version to 2.34.0. Credits @Jackson-chen97 for the materialized view lifecycle, database selection, and object group filtering features contributed via PR #15 and #16.
