Apply configured default taxonomy to test details without a source location during report finalization.
This preserves file-based overrides for located tests while ensuring locationless results receive the configured default
typeandtool, preventing missing-taxonomy warnings.Mostly want this for the nunit reporting, working on getting location sorted out, but this way the defaults will at least apply in the mean time
