feat(editor): show each song's edit history and restore older versions - #53

The backups taken before every save could be undone only from the snackbar, and Settings cleared a history nobody could see. The editor's menu now opens "Edit history": the song's saves by day, each with the cover it had and the fields it changed, and a way back to before any of them. Restoring is a write, so RestoreBackupUseCase now backs up the file first and asks for write access before writing: a restore (or an Undo) can itself be undone, as the data-safety rules ask.
