As it outlines they are unofficial but otherwise I don't see any major issue with this.

Could a disclaimer be added that BeamMP will not provide support for these packages. that BeamMP does not guarantee that they work, and that you use them at your own risk?

Add info on community-maintained packages to the getting started page. Currently only includes the
beammp-launcher-gitAUR package.
