Adopt OpenEditor atomic mutation contract

Summary

• align web and backend OpenEditor dependencies on 0.0.50
• replace retired workspace lifecycle names with the atomic snapshot and mutation API
• derive the stored site manifest fingerprint through OpenEditor instead of duplicating the wire shape
