v35: test that an old _board.html upgrades and still opens with its ink - #38

Drops a v13 board copy named Lesson_board.html on the PDF app, checks the copy keeps its name and says "saved ink kept", then opens the upgraded copy and checks it has today's toolbar, no errors, and the old ink unchanged.
