Prepares 0.1.6 (`package.json`, `package-lock.json`, `CHANGELOG.md`). - **New page** in English and German for Host Settings, written from its README and changelog: what 0.1.0 does, when a message comes, security, installation from the package repository or a release, and questions; one question names what comes with the release after 0.1.0. Screenshots from its repository, which show only made-up example data. - **Registered** in `routes.mjs`, `content.config.ts`, `tools.ts`, `related.ts` (Status Board and Cron Jobs link to it), `scripts/versions.mjs` and the install texts of the projects page. - **Versions** in the cache: Host Settings 0.1.0, Image Update Monitor 0.26.0, Stellwerk 0.7.0. The release build reads them from GitHub anyway.
