Widget doesn't listen to context / access rules to set disabled

The multiselect widget can be disabled by attribute. It should also automatically be disabled:

• when used inside a non-editable data view
• when used on an association that is not editable because of access rules in the domain model

I have addressed the first item in v4 of the widget, available in the app store

I'll need to investigate your second item... not sure how I can check access rules within a widget
