Requested UI redesign

Implement the real app, not another mockup: charcoal/indigo workspace, a light sidebar using a licensed scan of actual squared graph paper, an orbitable spatial graph with separately styled relationships, decluttering and persistent editing.

Changes

  • x/y/z perspective-projected SVG scene with 2D/3D switch, orbit, pan, zoom, fit, expanded view, overview inset and keyboard navigation; no WebGL/CDN dependency.
  • Distinct node shapes/colors and relationship colors/dashes/arrows. Full-graph search, type/relation filters, 1/2-hop neighborhoods and expandable dense-graph clusters.
  • Persistent node/edge edits and create/connect/reverse/delete controls with version checks and atomic one-step undo. Existing sources, evidence anchors, drafts, voices, angles and outlines preserved; no inference or authorial-prompt changes.
  • Real Calsidyrose graph-paper scan, CC BY 2.0, bundled with attribution for offline use.

Validation and delivery

Local cloud fixtures verified spatial behavior and edit persistence. The hosted integration workflow now applies the exact integration changes against current main, downloads the licensed scan, runs current regressions and seven browser suites, then commits ordinary source/assets with a refreshed manifest. The preparation script is removed before merge. Windows release is gated on native checks against the compiled executable, including Graph Atlas.

No access to the user's computer, installed project data, credentials or live inference accounts. This PR is draft until the current integration checks pass.

Closing this obsolete draft UI attempt as superseded by #10, which was merged and shipped as v0.6.0. This is not the System One/JEV v0.7 upgrade. The branch and its commits are being retained; no code from this outdated attempt will be merged over the released implementation.
