The seat no longer mirrors the plan to disk (firstlanding PR 19525): `--file` seeds a new plan once and is never read or written again. - Drop the checkpoint-copy bullet, the file.conflict/file.resolve rows, section 6 (file conflicts) and the checkpoint/file.conflict/ signal.rejected stdout events. - Say the seed file is a starting draft and editing it changes nothing. - Ghost completions: without --model the seat tells the page it has no completer, so ghost suggestions are off (firstlanding PR 19506).
