scripts/build-personal.ps1runswails build -tags personal -nsiswith the Google client from a gitignored.env.personal(or env vars), and stamps the version as last tag + commit (v1.0.0+personal.3a79b1e), so the app still says when a newer release is out. Docs in RELEASING.md. Tried it locally: builds Syncer.exe with the right version, warns when the client or NSIS is missing.
