Pressing Up from a lower TV card row previously jumped straight to the category or live filters. Up now selects the preceding card row and exits the grid through the active category or filter only at its first row.
Row detection uses layout offsets so focus scaling during a quick Right/Up sequence cannot misidentify a neighboring card as an earlier row. Remote regression coverage verifies row roundtrips, first-row category and live-facet boundaries, and asynchronous focus transitions in the All and Movies views.
Validation: npm test, HARBOR_QA_SHOW=1 npm run test:tv-smoke, npm run tv:stage, LG packaging with the installed ares-package CLI, and git diff --check passed. Independent re-review and integration review reported no findings. Physical TV hardware remains unverified.
