The desktop server picker previously presented every provider identically, even for a movie imported from VidAPI's catalog. This change groups VidAPI-listed movies separately from servers whose availability is unknown, preserves title-bound catalog provenance through saved state, and starts those movies with their listed provider.
All ten providers remain selectable. Catalog membership is labeled as unverified playback; a preferred provider, HTTP 200 response, or timeout does not prove stream availability. This is a desktop catalog-provenance milestone, not confirmed availability filtering across all providers. Broader availability discovery remains a separate queue follow-up.
Validation: independent issue review and final integration review reported no findings. Standalone and combined consumer checks passed. Isolated packaged-app smoke checks and ASAR-backed fixtures exercised all ten providers successfully in the combined 2.3.6 build. Regression coverage verifies title replacement, unknown fallback retention, saved-state roundtrip, and invalid listing rejection. No live-provider playback guarantee is claimed.
Scope: five source/test files only; no version changes, generated installers, profiles, queue changes, or unrelated playback/catalog fixes.
