TV Shows previously depended on TMDB metadata or a small built-in list. Add a default Latest Library feed from the provider on desktop and TV, with pagination, duplicate suppression, retry after an outage, and preservation of already loaded titles.
Without a TMDB key, search covers loaded provider shows and built-in titles and says so in the interface. Repeating a search after loading another page recomputes results instead of reusing a cached miss. Configured-key search continues to use TMDB. Samsung's manifest permits the exact provider catalog origin.
This PR addresses the TV Shows portion of HBR-002. Anime classification and catalog coverage remain a separate follow-up; animation alone is not classified as Anime. Provider listing does not guarantee playback availability.

No installer, staged TV output, local queue, profile, or dependency artifacts are included.
