Replace the drifting-images monitor screen with a full-screen spotlight that shows a single active project (image, mission, builders, repo) for 60 seconds, then transitions to the next. Includes a progress bar, project counter and an up-next hint. ?seconds=N overrides the duration. Move the cover image resolver into src/lib so the projects page and the monitor share it.
