Render ordinary inline code without a raised background

Summary

• render ordinary inline code with quieter inline-code ink instead of the raised sheet background
• keep path-like inline code plain so the path-link pass can add the single path affordance
• keep task-link detection from linking task refs inside inline code after removing the background marker
