surface: the check and repair passes are visible on the card — phase, round, and the finding #80

N.beat.json carries checking/repairing but nothing draws it (#76 §5). Engine emits the phase on the task lane; the card, rail and room say "checking what it left", "closing gaps · round 1 of 1", and the check's one-line finding when it refutes; manual.
