loop detector: silence is not circling — its own ladder, progress resets the count, bash that moved the tree is progress #79
Description
looped.go: the silent ladder never counts toward the hand-off; w.nudges resets on forward progress (the file's own hysteresis law); a successful bash that moved the worktree (worktreeMoved) is material progress alongside edit/write; "went in circles" only when an identity/error/stale rule fired; the task ending word follows the rule that fired. Evidence and timeline in #76 (§4).
