   Superseded: the work is split and tracked by kind, each with its own labels and milestone. Nothing here has shipped yet, so this closes as a split, not as done.

   • /settings search: a space flips the row under the cursor instead of typing, and the matcher is substring-only #1300 - search: the space-key bug and the fzf v2 matcher (in flight)
   • Approvals answer in five vocabularies: one word set across the sheet, the card, /permissions and the transcript #1301 - one approval vocabulary across the sheet, the card, /permissions and the transcript
   • The project layer silently outranks the /settings sheet: the badge can contradict the gate and the receipt says saved #1302 - project-layer precedence, the badge/gate contradiction, the receipt honesty
   • Re-tab /settings to the approved IA: nine standard-named nodes, search front door, working set, presets #1303 - the re-tab to the approved IA (tracking epic for the reorganization, including Keybindings: page-dependent shortcut listing and a way to change them #1299)
