Sorry about this guys. I'm currently migrating things over to a new system, and the workflow decided to die on me.
I'm finishing up some stuff and I'll update it.
The one running the most updated version is https://github.com/ConfigServerApps/service-blocklists, same blocklists. But it's just integrated for use in my software ConfigServer Security and Firewall. But you don't need CSF to run it. It's the exact same blocklists you all were running before, just a different repo.
And I've added some new stuff because I'm adding an API system in so that you can exclude / include your own custom IPs.
All of the functionality to the blocklist service has been re-written, much more accurate, and even handles BOGON IPs now. You can use the blocklists over at:

Same process as before, just drop the URLs in your program that you want blocklists for.
I have a number of new blocklists releasing.

v2 of our blocklists has rolled out, and we've added significantly more blocklists now, both in-house, and 3rd party providers.
If you need anymore help, drop me a ticket over on that repo.
