Reviewed Base Sepolia deployment addresses. All contract addresses are consistent across contracts-manifest.json, base-sepolia.env, and render.yaml. Newly deployed contracts have proper fingerprints and transaction data. Legacy CHANNEL_* env vars remain but are not referenced in code.

Records the contract addresses and Render configuration produced while deploying
4b6009319d1a0ed56f61e0e06299a6061eb427d4. After this PR reaches master through the normal release flow, the UI workflow will publish bundles built with these addresses.
