Addresses the scanner findings:
actions/checkoutno longer persists the token (persist-credentials: false). The release job keeps it explicitly, since release-pilot pushes with that token.release.ymldefaults topermissions: {};contents: writeis granted only to the release job,contents: readto the change check.
