feat(ccc): one team for many projects — auto up --company (v0.110.40) - #182

Owner 2026-10-22: "1 cty rooms/roles agent nhận nhiều dự án … chứ hiện tại mỗi dự án 1 hạm đội riêng" (17 idle rooms held 9.4 GB for two projects). Marker `company` (kept across on/off/pause like `teams`): a room with nothing on its own board claims the most urgent card of another project in auto's scope, and `auto wait` wakes for it; the card carries its `root` and the `env -C` hint.
