Normalize the README badges and make the CI badge report the master branch's push builds. Use verified Shields endpoints with a consistent style, a static MIT license badge, descriptive image alternatives, and a direct logo URL.
The reported broken state did not reproduce: all six original badges loaded in Chrome on GitHub. All replacement badge URLs return valid SVGs with the expected values. The npm badge continues to show the published version (currently 1.1.1), independently of the pending 1.1.2 release.
Validation: direct HTTP/SVG checks for all six replacement badges and
git diff --check. After merge, Chrome confirms that all six badges and the logo load on the public GitHub README with nonzero dimensions. All CI checks pass.
