Summary

This pull request unifies and refines the File Movement tracking system:

1. Unified Single Document Lifecycle:
   • Outgoing and Incoming movements are now managed within a single document.
   • Outgoing files are saved and submitted in Outgoing Files table.
   • Incoming files are received and recorded in Incoming Files table on the same document upon clicking Create Incoming.
   • Outgoing vs Incoming comparison operates in real time with unreturned files listed in Missing Files.
2. Barcode & ID Scanning:
   • Dedicated scanner inputs positioned directly above Outgoing Files and Incoming Files tables.
   • Instant validation and parsing for Barcode, Case ID, and Matter ID.
3. Return Missing Files Scanner:
   • Replaced manual checkbox selection with a live scanner-only modal supporting camera and handheld barcode guns.
4. Giver & Receiver Mutual Exclusion:
   • Filtered dropdown queries dynamically prevent selecting the same employee for both Giver and Receiver.
