test: match eval's new output (fixes failing suite from #19) - #20

The previous commit renamed eval's column to FINAL and aligned the table, but three assertions in tests/test_consolidate.py still expected the old text, so the suite failed on general-cli. They now match the current output, with the column spacing left flexible. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>

Summary
#19 changed eval's table (column
FINAL, aligned spacing), but three assertions intests/test_consolidate.pystill expected the old text. I merged #19 while the suite was failing, because the command chain committed even though the tests had failed. This PR updates those assertions. The column spacing in them is no longer pinned.Test plan
