docs(loom): document champion-epic pin drift and upstream handoff - #3007

Add a whole-file blast-radius warning to the .loom/resync-ignore header and a new repo-owned docs/loom-pin-drift.md recording the champion-epic.md pin's protected behavior, the upstream differences observed against rjwalters/loom @ 4487a6a0 (2026-10-09), reproduction commands, retirement conditions, and the curator's section-scoped resync proposal (marked as proposed, not shipped). Pin entries are unchanged.
