Allow creating projects from built-in templates in a workspace and add a searchable template catalog with Chinese and English descriptions. Replace the global sidebar with brand navigation, move language and theme controls into the header, and add appearance preferences to settings. Start the dashboard server before opening the browser to avoid blocking startup on Linux. Validation: task check passes, including all 83 dashboard tests; desktop, narrow-screen, language switching, and theme behavior verified in browser.
Handle wheel and page navigation in the selected log pane, retain each project's scroll position, and keep paused history anchored at capacity. Reflow retained ANSI output after terminal resizing, coalesce rapid size changes, and synchronize child PTY dimensions. Keep replay bounded and avoid sending terminal query replies twice. Update Chinese and English shortcuts and documentation. Validation: task check, taskrun race tests, and real PTY input/scroll/resize regressions pass.
Use one exec for arbitrary commands and one run for named tasks. Delegate workspace scheduling and artifact caching to mise, retain pnpm and Task for project commands, and remove CI generation and bundled skills. Update templates, Dashboard task details, bilingual documentation, repository workflows, and regression coverage.
Route task shortcuts, dev, and build through the shared mise task executor. Replace the separate development supervisor with mise terminal handling. Generate editable workspace and project mise.toml files and .config/hk.pkl. Preserve user settings and comments during incremental updates, report entry conflicts, and update bilingual documentation and integration tests. BREAKING CHANGE: generated configuration now uses mise.toml at workspace and project roots and .config/hk.pkl for workspace hooks.
Promote env configuration to the workspace and project top level. Keep Infisical as the sole secrets backend and remove dotenv support, env pull, env switch, and related format utilities. Automatically trust complete One-generated mise configurations after workspace creation and project addition. Preserve custom configuration trust policy and report recoverable failures without discarding generated files. Update bilingual CLI messages, dashboard, documentation, templates, and regression tests.
Remove env get and --reveal from the CLI. Mask known injected values and JSON-escaped forms in stdout, stderr, execution errors, and task cache replay while preserving child exit codes. Reject ambiguous secret assignments without echoing values. Update bilingual help and documentation, add redaction regressions, and isolate secret management tests with a local service and in-memory keyring.
Generate namespaced project tasks only in the root mise.toml while keeping package scripts and Taskfiles as command sources. Preserve project execution context, caching, and native bootstrap workflows. Register this repository as a One CLI workspace, update bilingual documentation and regression coverage, and remove the unused SEO manifest. Validation: mise run check; real mise task-context integration; Dashboard service start/stop and one dev HTTP smoke checks. BREAKING CHANGE: generated project tasks now use //:project:task names in the root mise.toml instead of per-project mise configurations.
